India's Misery Index Rising: CMIE MD Mahesh Vyas

India's unemployment rose to a one-year high in August, as per the CMIE's data. Inflation increased after a gap of three months in the same month. CMIE's Mahesh Vyas says the combination of rising inflation and falling jobs is called the "misery index", which is rising. He says rising unemployment rate is a slow burning, insidious problem.
