Quinta Brunson had to step over Jimmy Kimmel to accept her Emmy

The "Abbott Elementary" star and creator accepted the Emmy for writing the pilot of the series with Kimmel at her feet, part of a bit he did with presenter Will Arnett minutes earlier. Some viewers found Kimmel's unwillingness to move disrespectful.
